Crime Drama

A retired professor assembles an international team to rob diamonds from a building in Rio de Janeiro during Carnival using mechanical devices, but they are unsuccessful in eluding the police and lose the diamonds to another gang in Rome. Grand Slam is a 1967 English-language Crime Drama movie featuring Janet Leigh, Edward G. Robinson, Robert Hoffmann, Klaus Kinski, Riccardo Cucciolla, George Rigaud and Fulvio Mingozzi. Grand Slam was Produced by Giorgio Papi, Arrigo Colombo and Zeljko Kunkera. The movie is directed by Giuliano Montaldo. Constantin Film acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Grand Slam was released on 28th September 1967 and takes a screen time of 119 minutes. The screenplay for the movie was written by Mino Roli. Cinematography was done by Antonio Macasoli and editing by Nino Baragli. The music was composed by Ennio Morricone.
