Gonjiam: Haunted Asylum

An internet broadcaster recruits a handful of people for their experience the horror show at Gonjiam. They are to explore the haunted asylum and stream it live on the show. To attract viewers, the show hosts play tricks on the guests, but things start to get out of hand when they are inside the place, where tortured souls could really be lurking in the shadows. Written by Lee Chalyn Gonjiam: Haunted Asylum is a 2018 Korean Korean-language Horror Mystery movie starring Wi Ha-joon, Park Ji-hyun, Oh Ah-yeon, Moon Ye-won, Park Sung-hoon, Yoo Je-yoon and Lee Seung-wook. Hive Mediacorp was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Kim Won-kuk. Gonjiam: Haunted Asylum is written by Jung Bum-shik and Park Sang-min and it is directed by Jung Bum-shik. Warner Bros. acquired the distribution rights for the film. Gonjiam: Haunted Asylum was released on 19th April 2018 and takes a screen time of 91 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. Gonjiam: Haunted Asylum was made on a budget of ₹22 lakh and it was a super hit at box office gross of $20 million. Cinematography was done by Yoon Byung-ho.
