Golla Bhama

A guru named Manisiddhu tells stories to a man named Gollagopanna, and during their journey, they come across a sculpture with a pot on a grasshoppers head, which leads them to the story of Maharaja Kamapala disguising himself as a woman to seduce Krishnaveni, but she defends herself and kills him, leading to another prince rescuing her and their eventual marriage, followed by the princes death, revival, and reunion with his wife, where they have a son, with the story concluding with the prince and his son learning the truth about Krishnavenis past. Golla Bhama is a 1947 Indian telugu-language Drama motion picture starring Gangadhar, Bharathi, Suma, T. N. Balakrishna and Anjali Devi. The movie is directed by Geethapriya. Golla Bhama was released on 21st February 1974. Cinematography was done by V. Manohar. The music was composed by Vijaya Bhaskar.
