Godzilla

Scientists attempt to kill a prehistoric alpha predator named Godzilla with a nuclear bomb, but years later, when a similar monster emerges and wreaks havoc, scientists join forces with the military to stop the creatures and dub Godzilla the King of the Monsters. Godzilla is a 2014 American English-language Action Adventure motion picture featuring Aaron Taylor-johnson, Ken Watanabe, Elizabeth Olsen, Juliette Binoche, Sally Hawkins, David Strathairn and Ian Gregson. The movie is inspired from Godzilla by Toho. Legendary Pictures was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Mary Parent, Thomas Tull, Jon Jashni and Brian Rogers. Godzilla is written by Max Borenstein, Dave Callaham, Ishiro Honda, Takeo Murata, Shigeru Kayama, Frank Darabont and David S. Goyer and it is directed by Gareth Edwards. Warner Bros. Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Godzilla was released on 16th May 2014 and takes a screen time of 123 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. Godzilla was made on a budget of $130 million and it was a super hit at box office gross of $379 million. The screenplay for the movie was written by Max Borenstein. Cinematography was done by Seamus McGarvey and editing by Bob Ducsay. The music was composed by Academy Award Oscar winner Alexandre Desplat.
