Fifteen-year-old Ellis is getting ready to leave his luxurious home in the foothills of Tucson for his freshman year at Gates Academy, an East Coast prep school. This means leaving behind Wendy, his flaky, new age mother and the only real father he has ever known, Goat Man. The movie is based on Goats by Mark Poirier. Goats was Produced by Eric Kopeloff, Daniela Taplin Lundberg, Shannon Lail and Christopher Neil. The movie is directed by Christopher Neil. Image Entertainment acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Goats was released on 10th August 2012 and takes a screen time of 94 minutes.
