Paramount Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. G.I. Joe: Retaliation was released on 28th March 2013 and takes a screen time of 123 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. G.I. Joe: Retaliation was made on a budget of ₹13 crore and it was a super hit at box office gross of ₹37 crore.
