A stage artist rescues a girl who he later finds out is his daughter, but she hates him because he sold her, and he is wrongfully sentenced to death for a murder committed by his identical lookalike. Gayatri is a 2018 Indian Telugu-language Drama Family film starring Mohan Babu, Vishnu Manchu, Shriya Saran, Nikhila Vimal, Anasuya Bharadwaj, Dasari Brahmam and Scarlett Mellish Wilson. Sree Lakshmi Prasanna Pictures was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Mohan Babu Manchu and Mohan Babu. Gayatri is written by Diamond Ratna Babu and directed by Rr Madan. Gayatri was released on 9th February 2018 and takes a screen time of 125 minutes. The film made a box office gross of ₹1 crore. Cinematography was done by Sarvesh Murari. The music was composed by S. Thaman.
