Garam Coat

A struggling clerk considers suicide after losing money and failing to find stable employment, but is saved by his wife who takes on extra work; eventually, they discover the lost money and use it to buy a new coat, bringing hope for a better future. Garam Coat is a 1955 Indian Hindi-language Drama film starring Balraj Sahni, Nirupa Roy, Brahm Bhardwaj, Chand, Jayant Khan, Rashid Khan and Vijayalaxmi. The movie is inspired from The Overcoat by Nikolai Gogol. Garam Coat was Produced by Rajinder Singh Bedi. Garam Coat is written by Rajinder Singh Bedi and directed by Amar Kumar.
