Gammera the Invincible

A prehistoric turtle called Gamera is accidentally awakened by an atomic bomb in the Arctic, causing destruction in Japan until an international plan successfully sends it to Mars. Gammera the Invincible is a 1966 Japanese Japanese-language Family Sci-Fi motion picture starring Eiji Funakoshi, Michiko Sugata, Harumi Kiritachi, Junichiro Yamashita, Albert Dekker, Brian Donlevy and Corinne Orr. Daiei Film was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Masaichi Nagata and Hidemasa Nagata. The movie is directed by Noriaki Yuasa. Daiei acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Gammera the Invincible was released on 15th December 1966 and takes a screen time of 78 minutes.
