A man named Ram becomes mentally unstable after losing his mother and sister and is later enlisted by Mr. Kirorilal for insurance purposes while also being targeted for murder. Funtoosh is a 1956 Indian Hindi-language Comedy Drama film featuring Dev Anand, Sheila Ramani, K. N. Singh, K.n. Singh, Hammad, Bhagwan Sinha and Vijay Anand. Funtoosh was Produced by Dev Anand. Funtoosh is written by Amarjeet and directed by Chetan Anand. Navketan Films acquired the distribution rights for the film. Funtoosh was released on 1st January 1956 and takes a screen time of 118 minutes. The motion picture made a box office gross of ₹0 lakh. Cinematography was done by Shyam Sunder Mallik and editing by Mohammed Kasim. The music was composed by Sachin Dev Burman along with S. D. Burman.
