After a series of murders at Camp Crystal Lake, new counselors arrive at a nearby camp and come face-to-face with the legendary Jason Voorhees, leading to a string of mysterious deaths and a showdown where a counselor tries to deceive and defeat Jason. Friday the 13th Part 2 is a 1981 American English-language Horror Mystery movie starring Adrienne King, Amy Steel, John Furey, Kirsten Baker, Stuart Charno, Warrington Gillette and Marilyn Poucher. The movie is inspired from Characters by Victor Miller. Georgetown Productions was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Steve Miner. Friday the 13th Part 2 is written by Ron Kurz, Victor Miller and Sean S. Cunningham and it is directed by Steve Miner. Paramount Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Friday the 13th Part 2 was released on 1st May 1981 and takes a screen time of 87 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. Friday the 13th Part 2 was made on a budget of $1 million and it was a super hit at box office gross of $36 million. Cinematography was done by Peter Stein and editing by Susan E. Cunningham. The music was composed by Harry Manfredini.
