A teenage girl named Vanessa faces a series of traumatic events, including her familys dysfunction and abuse, the murder of her boyfriend, being picked up by a serial killer, and being wrongly accused of a crime, but eventually seeks revenge and is rescued by detectives. Freeway is a 1996 American English-language Comedy Crime motion picture featuring Kiefer Sutherland, Reese Witherspoon, Wolfgang Bodison, Dan Hedaya, Amanda Plummer, Brooke Shields and Bob Pepper. The Kushner-Locke Company in association with Illusion Entertainment Group. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Brad Wyman and Chris Hanley. The film is written and directed by Matthew Bright. Republic Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Freeway was released on 3rd September 1997 and takes a screen time of 102 minutes. Freeway was made on a budget of $3 million and at the box office it grossed only $0 million.
