Freaky Friday is a heartwarming Disney movie about a teenage musician and her widowed therapist mother who switch bodies, gaining a newfound understanding and appreciation for each other, while also overcoming various school struggles. Freaky Friday is a 2003 American English-language Comedy Family movie featuring Jamie Lee Curtis, Lindsay Lohan, Mark Harmon, Chad Michael Murray, Harold Gould, Rosalind Chao and Danielle Mcgrath Balog. The movie is based on Freaky Friday by Mary Rodgers. Walt Disney Pictures in association with Gunn Films. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Andrew Gunn. Freaky Friday is written by Mary Rodgers, Heather Hach and Leslie Dixon and it is directed by Mark Waters. Buena Vista Pictures Distribution acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Freaky Friday was released on 6th August 2003 and takes a screen time of 96 minutes. Freaky Friday was made on a budget of $20 million and it was a hit at box office gross of $25 million. The screenplay for the movie was written by Heather Hach and Leslie Dixon. Cinematography was done by Oliver Wood and editing by Bruce Green. The music was composed by Rolfe Kent.
