The end result is a passable thriller that admittedly boasts a few decent twists and an overall atmosphere of tense urgency, yet, devoid of wholeheartedly developed characters, Brotherhood remains disappointingly uninvolving for the duration of its refreshingly brief running time. ( Read More )
