Richard Montañez grows up in a strict household in 1966 southern California, engages in criminal activities before deciding to turn his life around when his wife becomes pregnant, eventually landing a job at Frito-Lay where he creates and successfully pitches the Flamin Hot Cheetos flavor to the Latino market, leading to promotion and a successful career before retiring happily married.
