Two mafia brothers escape across the border, hijack a police car, and are pursued by a deputy after killing a sheriff, but one brother escapes to Malta where he is eventually killed with the help of a local policewoman after it is revealed he was working with a US State Department official. Final Justice is a 1985 English-language Action Crime motion picture featuring Joe Don Baker, Rossano Brazzi, Venantino Venantini, Patrizia Pellegrino, Bill Mckinney, Helena Dalli and Anna Cachia. Mediterranean Films was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Greydon Clark. The film is written and directed by Greydon Clark. Arista Films acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Final Justice was released on 30th April 1985 and takes a screen time of 90 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. Final Justice was made on a budget of $6 million and it was a hit at box office gross of $11 million. Cinematography was done by Nicholas Josef von Sternberg and editing by Larry Bock. The music was composed by David Bell.
