A devout 18-year-old Israeli is pressured to marry the husband of her late sister. Written by Sundance Film Festival Fill The Void Lemale et ha’halal is a 2012 Hebrew-language film starring Hadas Yaron, Chaim Sharir, Ido Samuel, Irit Sheleg, Yiftach Klein and Hila Feldman. Reshet Broadcasting in association with Avi Chai fund and Sundance. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Assaf Amir. The film is written and directed by Rama Burshtein. Sony Pictures Classics acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Fill The Void Lemale et ha’halal was released on 18th October 2012 and takes a screen time of 90 minutes. The film made a box office gross of $2 million. Cinematography was done by Asaf Sudry and editing by Sharon Elovic. The music was composed by Yitzhak Azulay.
