The film tells the story of Rewa and Sias enduring friendship, challenged when Sia offers to be a surrogate for Rewa but later contemplates keeping the baby, exploring themes of sacrifice, relationships, and the choices we make in difficult situations, leaving the audience in suspense about Sias decision and its impact on their friendship. Filhaal.. is a 2002 Indian Hindi-language Drama Romance film featuring Sushmita Sen, Sanjay Suri, Palash Sen, Tabu Hashmi, Akarsh Khurana, Shivaji Satam and Chitra Subramaniam. Swastik Productions was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Jhamu Sughand. The film is written and directed by Meghna Gulzar.
