A group of friends who try to help Mia overcome drug addiction, accidentally awaken a demon and become possessed, leading them on a journey to claim five souls and free themselves from the demonic force. The movie is inspired from The Evil Dead by Sam Raimi. Evol was Produced by Rob Tapert, Sam Raimi and Bruce Campbell. The movie is directed by Fede Lvarez. Sony Pictures Releasing acquired the distribution rights for the film. Evol was released on 9th October 2020 and takes a screen time of 92 minutes. The Film was successful at box office.
