When an alcoholic relapses, causing him to lose his wife and his job, he holds a yard sale on his front lawn in an attempt to start over. A new neighbor might be the key to his return to form. Everything Must Go is a 2011 American English-language Comedy Drama motion picture starring Will Ferrell, Rebecca Hall, Michael Pe A, Christopher Jordan Wallace, Michael Peña, Rosalie Michaels and Kc Lindley. The movie is based on Why Don t You Dance? by Raymond Carver. Birdsong Pictures in association with IM Global, Nationlight Productions and Temple Hill Entertainment. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Marty Bowen and Wyck Godfrey. Everything Must Go is written by Dan Rush and Raymond Carver and it is directed by Dan Rush. Lionsgate acquired the distribution rights for the film. Everything Must Go was released on 14th October 2011 and takes a screen time of 97 minutes. Everything Must Go was made on a budget of $5 million and at the box office it grossed only $2 million.
