A U.S. Marshals mission to protect a woman who has uncovered a conspiracy involving an advanced weapon escalates when they discover a mole within the Witness Security Protection Program, leading them to expose the corruption and prevent the rifles from falling into the wrong hands. Eraser is a 1996 American English-language Action Drama motion picture starring Arnold Schwarzenegger, Vanessa Williams, James Caan, James Coburn, Robert Pastorelli, James Cromwell and Dan Warner. Kopelson Entertainment was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Anne Kopelson and Arnold Kopelson. Eraser is written by Tony Puryear, Walon Green and Michael S. Chernuchin and it is directed by Chuck Russell. Warner Bros. acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Eraser was released on 4th July 1996 and takes a screen time of 114 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. Eraser was made on a budget of $100 million and it was a super hit at box office gross of $242 million. The screenplay for the movie was written by Tony Puryear, Walon Green, John Milius, Frank Darabont and William Wisher Jr. Cinematography was done by Adam Greenberg and editing by Michael Tronick. The music was composed by Alan Silvestri.
