Action Thriller

A slave named Peter endures separation from his family, witnesses the harsh treatment of slaves while working on a railroad, escapes a pursuit by white men and dogs, is saved by the 1st Louisiana Native Guard, raises awareness about slavery through a photograph, joins the army, and eventually frees his family and other slaves before the Emancipation Proclamation leads to the freedom of over 4 million slaves. Emancipation is a 2022 English-language Action Thriller motion picture featuring Will Smith, Ben Foster, Charmaine Bingwa, Gilbert Owuor, Ronnie Gene Blevins, Aaron Moten and Britton Webb. The movie is directed by Antoine Fuqua. Emancipation was released on 9th December 2022. Emancipation was made on a budget of $120 million.
