A man named Peter meets a man named Ethan while traveling to be with his pregnant wife, and after being kicked off their flight, they embark on a road trip together encountering obstacles, bonding, and eventually arriving at the Grand Canyon where Ethan scatters his fathers ashes. Due Date is written by Alan R. Cohen, Alan Freedland, Adam Sztykiel and Todd Phillips and it is directed by Todd Phillips. Warner Bros. Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the movie.
