Three kids hire a low-budget bodyguard to protect them from the playground bully. Drillbit Taylor is a 2008 American English-language Comedy Drama motion picture featuring Owen Wilson, Leslie Mann, Danny Mcbride, Josh Peck, Nate Hartley, Troy Gentile and Henry T. Yamada. Apatow Productions was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Judd Apatow, Susan Arnold and Donna Arkoff Roth. Drillbit Taylor is written by Kristofor Brown, Seth Rogen and John Hughes and it is directed by Steven Brill. Paramount Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the film. The movie has a running time of 102 minutes. Drillbit Taylor was made on a budget of $40 million and it was a hit at box office gross of $49 million. The screenplay for the movie was written by Kristofor Brown and Seth Rogen. Cinematography was done by Fred Murphy and editing by Brady Heck and Thomas J. Nordberg.
