The last dragon and a disillusioned dragonslaying knight must cooperate to stop an evil king who was given partial immortality. DragonHeart is a 1996 English-language Action Adventure motion picture starring Dennis Quaid, David Thewlis, Pete Postlethwaite, Dina Meyer, Julie Christie, Sean Connery and Buddy Quaid. DragonHeart was Produced by Raffaella De Laurentiis. DragonHeart is written by Patrick Read Johnson and Charles Edward Pogue and it is directed by Rob L Cohen and Rob Cohen. Universal Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the movie. DragonHeart was released on 31st May 1996 and takes a screen time of 103 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. DragonHeart was made on a budget of $57 million and it was a super hit at box office gross of $115 million. The screenplay for the movie was written by Charles Edward Pogue. Cinematography was done by David Eggby and editing by Peter Amundson. The music was composed by Randy Edelman.
