In the city of Bulwark, a man named Henry confronts his mother for her involvement in illegal activities, while two detectives who have been suspended without pay plan to rob a thief to solve their financial problems and recruit Henry as a getaway driver, but their plan goes awry leading to betrayal, violence, and ultimately the downfall of both men.
