Chiranjeevi plays Phani, who commits thefts to help the poor, seeks revenge against Kodandaramayya for his fathers murder, and tries to arrange his sisters marriage with Rajesh while also falling in love with Kodandaramayyas daughter, Manju Latha. Donga is a 1985 Indian Telugu-language Action Drama motion picture starring Chiranjeevi, Radha Rajasekaran Nair, Satyanarayana Kaikala, Raogopalrao, Allu Ramalingaiah, Nutan Prasad and Annapurna. Vijayalakshmi Art Pictures was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) T. Trivikram Rao. Donga is written by Gopalakrishna Paruchuri, Venkateswara Rao Paruchuri and Paruchuri Brothers and it is directed by Kodanda Rami Reddy A. and A. Kodandarami Reddy. Donga was released on 14th March 1985 and takes a screen time of 145 minutes. The screenplay for the movie was written by A. Kodandarami Reddy. Cinematography was done by V. S. R. Swamy and editing by Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao. The music was composed by Chakravarthy.
