A criminal named Don is targeted by police in Kuala Lumpur, but his look-alike Vijay takes over his gang and hands over a fake disc to the police. Don is a 2006 Indian Hindi-language Action Crime motion picture starring Shah Rukh Khan, Priyanka Chopra, Arjun Rampal, Isha Koppikar, Boman Irani, Pavan Malhotra and Pavan Kumar N R. The movie is inspired from Don by Chandra Barot. Excel Entertainment was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani. Don is written by Salim Khan, Javed Akhtar and Farhan Akhtar and it is directed by Farhan Akhtar. Excel Entertainment acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Don was released on 15th December 2019 and takes a screen time of 169 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. Don was made on a budget of ₹38 crore and it was a super hit at box office gross of ₹106 crore. The screenplay for the movie was written by Javed Akhtar, Farhan Akhtar and Salim-Javed. Cinematography was done by K. U. Mohanan and editing by Anand Subaya and Neil Sadwelkar. The music was composed by IIFA Award winner Ehsaan Noorani along with Loy Mendonsa, Shankar Mahadevan and Shankar Ehsaan Loy.
