A group of misfits enter a Las Vegas dodgeball tournament in order to save their cherished local gym from the onslaught of a corporate health fitness chain. Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story is a 2004 American English-language Comedy Sport movie starring Vince Vaughn, Ben Stiller, Christine Taylor, Rip Torn, Justin Long, Stephen Root and Jennifer England. Red Hour Films was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Ben Stiller and Stuart Cornfeld. The film is written and directed by Rawson Marshall Thurber. 20th Century Fox acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story was released on 18th June 2004 and takes a screen time of 93 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story was made on a budget of $20 million and it was a super hit at box office gross of $167 million. Cinematography was done by Jerzy Zielinski and editing by Alan Baumgarten and Peter Teschner. The music was composed by Theodore Shapiro.
