F nix Cooperativa Cinematogr fica was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Eduardo Manzanos and Arturo Marcos. Django is written by Eduardo Manzanos and directed by Maury Dexter. National Telefilm Associates acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Django was released on 23rd September 1966 and takes a screen time of 98 minutes. and it received positive reviews from critics when it was released. The motion picture made a box office gross of $3 million. Cinematography was done by Robert Richardson and editing by Luis Alvarez
