Disenchanted is a sequel to Enchanted where Giselle tries to make her familys life perfect with a wish-granting wand, but it leads to unforeseen consequences. Disenchanted is a 2022 American English-language Animation Adventure motion picture starring Amy Adams, Patrick Dempsey, Maya Rudolph, Idina Menzel, James Marsden, Gabriella Baldacchino and Redmand Rance. The movie is inspired from Characters by Bill Kelly. Disenchanted was Produced by Barry Sonnenfeld, Barry Josephson and Amy Adams. Disenchanted is written by Bill Kelly, Jessie Nelson and Rita Hsiao and it is directed by Adam Shankman. Disney+ acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Disenchanted was released on 18th November 2022 and takes a screen time of 118 minutes. The screenplay for the movie was written by Brigitte Hales. Cinematography was done by Simon Duggan and editing by Chris Lebenzon. The music was composed by Alan Menken.

Unfortunately, a stale cupcake... This might be a streaming film, but it seems too much like a TV movie. Plus most of the cleverness of the original film is gone, and Maya Rudolph is totally wasted. To Amy Adams credit though, she doesnt phone it in. ( Read More )
