Dhoop

The movie tells the story of the Kapoor family coping with grief after the death of Capt Anuj Nayyar, and their journey to establish a petrol pump franchise while facing corruption and obstacles. Dhoop is a 2003 Indian Hindi-language Drama movie featuring Om Puri, Revathi, Gul Panag, Sanjay Suri, Yashpal Sharma, Preeti Dayal and Rajkumar Kanojia. Dhoop was Produced by Sanjay Reddy, Parth Arora, Saket Bahl and Karan Grover. Dhoop is written by Kumud Chaudhary and Sanjay Chauhan and it is directed by Ashwini Chaudhary. Dream Boat Entertainment Pvt Ltd and Fundamental Films acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Dhoop was released on 7th November 2003 and takes a screen time of 126 minutes. Dhoop was made on a budget of ₹1 crore and at the box office it grossed only ₹21 lakh. Editing was done by Arvind Tyagi. The music was composed by Lalit Sen.
