Classmates is a Bollywood murder mystery where a young politician is wrongly accused of a womans suicide, but with the help of a team of investigators, they uncover evidence to prove she was actually murdered by her ex-boyfriend. Detective is a 2007 Indian Malayalam-language Action Crime movie starring Suresh Gopi, Sindhu Menon, Prajod Kalabhavan, Jagathy Sreekumar, Baiju Santhosh, Sai Kumar and Joju George. Detective was Produced by Mahi. The film is written and directed by Jeethu Joseph. Super Release acquired the distribution rights for the film. Detective was released on 16th February 2007 and takes a screen time of 135 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. Detective was made on a budget of ₹3 crore and it was a hit at box office gross of ₹5 crore. Cinematography was done by Anandakuttan and editing by P. C. Mohanan. The music was composed by Rajamani.
