A town drunk named Rags is appointed sheriff but with the help of Tom Destry and gunfighter Jack Larson, arrests are made and law and order are restored. Destry is a 1954 American English-language Action Adventure film starring Audie Murphy, Mari Blanchard, Lyle Bettger, Lori Nelson, Thomas Mitchell, Edgar Buchanan and Henry Wills. The movie is based on Destry Rides Again by Max Brand. Universal Pictures was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Stanley Rubin.
