Abhishek, Paresh, and Amrita, best friends since childhood, become entangled in a complicated love triangle when Abhi falls in love with a manipulative woman named Kartika, causing heartbreak for Amrita and prompting them to take drastic actions to separate Abhi from Kartika. De Taali is a 2008 Indian Hindi-language Comedy Drama motion picture starring Riteish Deshmukh, Ayesha Takia, Aftab Shivdasani, Rimi Sen, Hrishitaa Bhatt, Mukul Dev and Anjana Sukhani. De Taali was Produced by Ravi Walia. De Taali is written by Vishal Dadlani, Ruchika Roy and Abbas Tyrewala and it is directed by Eeshwar Nivas. Sahara Motion Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the movie. De Taali was released on 20th June 2008. De Taali was made on a budget of ₹12 crore and at the box office it grossed only ₹8 crore. Cinematography was done by Amitabha Singh. The music was composed by IIFA Award winner Shekhar Ravjiani along with Vishal Dadlani and Vishal-shekhar.
