A newly completed mall in Asia, rumored to be haunted, brings together the owner, his daughter, and the chief security officer as they uncover the dark secrets and past behind the eerie reputation of the mall during one night. Darr @ The Mall is a 2014 Indian Hindi-language Horror Thriller film featuring Jimmy Sheirgill, Nushrat Bharucha, Arif Zakaria, Asif Basra, Nivedita Bhattacharya, Shradha Kaul and Danish Akhtar. Multi Screen Media Motion Pictures in association with Contiloe Entertainment. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Abhimanyu Singh. Darr @ The Mall is written by Agrim Joshi, Pawan Kripalani, Vinod Rawat, Abhimanyu Singh and Pavan Kirpalani and it is directed by Pawan Kripalani and Pavan Kirpalani. Sony Pictures Releasing acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Darr @ The Mall was released on 21st February 2014. Darr @ The Mall was made on a budget of ₹16 crore and at the box office it grossed only ₹5 crore. Cinematography was done by Gargey Trivedi and editing by Pooja Ladha Surti. The music was composed by IIFA Award winner Ehsaan Noorani along with Loy Mendonsa, Shankar Mahadevan, Shankar-ehsaan-loy and Ranjit Barot.
