After their parents are killed and they become homeless, siblings Radha and Ramu both become successful singers, but their lives are plagued with tragedy, abuse, and revenge fueled by a man who killed Ramus father and raped Sita years ago. Dance Dance was Produced by Babbar Subhash. Dance Dance is written by Rahi Masoom Reza and Babbar Subhash and it is directed by Babbar Subhash. B Subhash Movie Unit acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Dance Dance was released on 15th May 1987 and takes a screen time of 153 min. Cinematography was done by Radhu Karmakar. The music was composed by Bappi Lahiri.
