An undercover agent, Wali Khan, infiltrates the D-Company leaders organization and risks his life to capture him, ultimately sacrificing himself to bring the criminal to justice and symbolize the strength of a new India. D-Day is a 2013 Indian Hindi-language Action Adventure movie starring Rishi Kapoor, Irrfan Khan, Arjun Rampal, Shruti Haasan, Huma Qureshi, Imran Hasnee and Sanjay Gurbaxani. D-Day was Produced by Arun Rangachari, Madhu Bhojwani, Monisha Advani, Vivek Rangachari, Dar Motion Pictures and Emmay Entertainment. D-Day is written by Nikhil Advani, Ritesh Shah, Suresh Nair, Niranjan Iyengar and Nikkhil Advani and it is directed by Nikhil Advani and Nikkhil Advani. DAR Motion Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the movie. D-Day was released on 19th July 2013 and takes a screen time of 151 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. D-Day was made on a budget of ₹28 crore and it was a hit at box office gross of ₹40 crore. The screenplay for the movie was written by Nikhil Advani, Ritesh Shah and Suresh Nair. Cinematography was done by Tushar Kanti Ray and editing by Aarif Sheikh. The music was composed by IIFA Award winner Ehsaan Noorani along with Loy Mendonsa, Shankar Mahadevan, Shankar-ehsaan-loy and Tubby-parik.
