D Cutz Film Company was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Faisal Latheef, Vinod Vijayan and K. Mohanan. D Company is written by Rajesh Ravi, Ranjan Pramod, Shaji Kailas, Vinod Vijayan, Faisal Latheef, K. Mohanan, G. S. Anil and Anoop Menon and it is directed by Deepan, M. Padmakumar and Shaji Kailas. Seven Arts International Release acquired the distribution rights for the film. D Company was released on 14th September 2013 and takes a screen time of 122 minutes. Cinematography was done by Bharani K. Dharan, Vinod Illampally and Pappu and editing by B. Ajithkumar, Samjith Muhammad and Arun. The music was composed by National Award winner Gopi Sundar along with Rahul Raj, Ratheesh Vegha and Ifthi.
