Dr. Ajay Kumar witnesses a woman die due to lack of funds for medical treatment, cancels his immigration to the US, and starts working towards opening a hospital accessible to people who cannot afford treatment, but tragically his wife dies, and he is found guilty and sentenced to death for her murder.
