A teacher and protest singer named Narayan Kamble gets arrested when a manhole worker allegedly commits suicide after being influenced by one of Kambles songs, leading Kambles lawyer Vinay Vora to defend him and investigate the case further, ultimately revealing that Kamble is falsely accused and that the workers death was not caused by suicide, resulting in a recommendation to appeal to the High Court. Court is a 2014 Indian Marathi-language Drama motion picture featuring Vira Sathidar, Vivek Gomber, Geetanjali Kulkarni, Pradeep Joshi, Usha Bane, Shirish Pawar and Veenah Naair. Zoo Entertainment Pvt Ltd was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Vivek Gomber. The movie is written and directed by Chaitanya Tamhane. Artscope Memento Films acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Court was released on 17th April 2015 and takes a screen time of 116 minutes. and it received positive reviews from critics when it was released. Court was made on a budget of ₹3 crore. Cinematography was done by Mrinal Desai and editing by Rikhav Desai. The music was composed by Sambhaji Bhagat.
