Cop Land

The sheriff of a suburban New Jersey community populated by New York City police officers slowly discovers the town is a front for mob connections and corruption. Cop Land is a 1997 American English-language Crime Drama motion picture featuring Sylvester Stallone, Harvey Keitel, Ray Liotta, Robert De Niro, Peter Berg, Janeane Garofalo and Geraldo Rivera. Woods Entertainment was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Cathy Konrad, Ezra Swerdlow and Cary Woods. The motion picture is written and directed by James Mangold. Miramax Films acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Cop Land was released on 15th August 1997 and takes a screen time of 105 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. Cop Land was made on a budget of $15 million and it was a super hit at box office gross of $44 million. Cinematography was done by Eric Alan Edwards and editing by Craig McKay. The music was composed by Howard Shore.
