A Qube was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) V. V. Sajan and Abdul Azeez. The movie is directed by Anil C. Menon. Collector was released on 15th July 2011 and takes a screen time of 160 Minutes. The Film was successful at box office. Collector was made on a budget of ₹3 crore and it was a super hit at box office gross of ₹8 crore. Cinematography was done by Manoj Paramahamsa and Gunasekharan and editing by V.T Sreejith. The music was composed by Reghu Kumar.
