Red Giant Movies acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Coffee was released on 14th January 2022. The film made a box office gross of ₹2 crore. The screenplay for the movie was written by Naru Narayanan and A. Mahaakerthi. Cinematography was done by E. Krishnasamy and editing by Fenny Oliver. The music was composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja.
