Juan, a Spanish intelligence operative, leads a team to track a wealthy couple linked to a neo-Nazi leader and a weapons trafficker, and while also monitoring a congressman by staging a kidnapping with their Filipino maid, Wendy, and romancing her to install hidden cameras; they discover evidence of a dirty bomb plot involving the couple, and simultaneously investigate the congressmans conduct by setting up a honey trapping scheme with a teenage girl named Marta, but when Marta destroys the evidence and Wendy discovers Juans deception, Juan exposes the agencys illegal practices to save Wendy from deportation and they escape to the Philippines.
