In 1944, Dr. Roy separates two sets of identical twins with strange connections to electricity, raising them in different cities, and after 30 years, chaos ensues when the first twins wife decides to adopt a child, while robbers and shady characters pose a threat and the truth is unveiled, leading to reconciliation between the twins and the introduction of five orphan boys. The movie is inspired from The Comedy of Errors by William Shakespeare. Cirkus was Produced by Bhushan Kumar, Rohit Shetty and Krishan Kumar. Cirkus is written by Yunus Sajawal and directed by Rohit Shetty. Reliance Entertainment acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Cirkus was released on 23rd December 2022 and takes a screen time of 139 minutes. Cirkus was made on a budget of ₹150 crore and at the box office it grossed only ₹61 crore. The screenplay for the movie was written by Yunus Sajawal. Cinematography was done by Jomon T. John and editing by Bunty Nagi. The music was composed by Amar Mohile along with Devi Sri Prasad, Badshah and Lijo George-dj Chetas.
