In Seattle, Andrew Detmer, a bullied teenager facing abuse, documents his life through a video diary until he discovers a glowing object in the woods with his cousin and friend, granting them telekinetic abilities that they initially use for pranks, yet Andrews growing powers and anger lead to tragic events and a destructive rampage, ultimately forcing Matt to stop him and later seek answers in Tibet. Chronicle is a 2012 American English-language Sci-Fi Thriller movie starring Dane Dehaan, Alex Russell, Michael B. Jordan, Michael Kelly, Ashley Hinshaw, Bo Petersen and Daniel Kotto. Dune Entertainment in association with Davis Entertainment. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) John Davis and Adam Schroeder. Chronicle is written by Max Landis and Josh Trank and it is directed by Josh Trank. 20th Century Fox acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Chronicle was released on 2nd February 2012 and takes a screen time of 83 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. Chronicle was made on a budget of $12 million and it was a super hit at box office gross of $126 million. The screenplay for the movie was written by Max Landis.
