The ZEE5 Film Festival is showcasing Hindi film Chotay Shah directed by Sabiha Sumar, which depicts the struggle of a family trying to preserve their ancestral home in Karachi during the partition era. Chotay Shah is a 2016 Hindi-language Drama film starring Simon Yam, Tony Leung Ka-fai, Louis Koo, Nick Cheung, Adnan Jaffar, Maira Khan and Nivi Shahzad. Milkyway Image in association with One Hundred Years of Film. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Dennis Law and Johnnie To. Chotay Shah is written by Yau Nai-hoi and Yip Tin-shing and it is directed by Johnnie To. China Star Entertainment Group acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. The motion picture has a running time of 101 minutes. Cinematography was done by Cheng Siu-Keung and editing by Patrick Tam. The music was composed by Lo Ta-yu.
