Chillar Party

A group of children in Chandan Nagar face obstacles such as a rival cricket team and a dog named Loose Motion, but their lives change when a new boy named Fatka and his dog Bhidu enter the picture, leading them to form a friendship and stand up against a politician named Bhide who wants to eliminate all stray dogs, eventually succeeding in saving Bhidu with help from their community. Chillar Party is a 2011 Indian Hindi-language Comedy Drama movie starring Shriya Sharma, Sanath Menon, Rohan Grover, Naman Jain, Aarav Khanna, Vishesh Tiwari and Master Visshesh Tiwari. UTV SpotBoy in association with SKBH Productions. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Ronnie Screwvala and Salman Khan. Chillar Party is written by Vikas Bahl, Rajesh Bajaj, Vijay Maurya and Nitesh Tiwari and it is directed by Vikas Bahl and Nitesh Tiwari. UTV Motion Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Chillar Party was released on 8th July 2011 and takes a screen time of 119 mins. Chillar Party was made on a budget of ₹5 crore and at the box office it grossed only ₹4 crore. Cinematography was done by Amitabha Singh. The music was composed by Filmfare Award winner Amit Trivedi. At the 2012 National Film Awards It won an award for Best Children s Film. At the 2012 National Film Awards It also won 3 awards including: Best Child Artist, Best Screenplay and Best Screenplay (Original).
