Children of Men

In a dystopian world plagued by environmental destruction and infertility, former activist Theo Faron is coerced by an immigrant-rights group to guide a pregnant refugee named Kee to a scientific organization called the Human Project, facing betrayal, peril, and violence along the way, but ultimately finding sanctuary with Theos friend Jasper and succeeding in rescuing Kee and her baby, though the future remains uncertain yet hopeful as they anticipate the arrival of Tomorrow. Children of Men is a 2006 English-language Drama Sci-Fi film featuring Clive Owen, Julianne Moore, Michael Caine, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Charlie Hunnam, Juan Gabriel Yacuzzi and Sam Marks. Universal Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Children of Men was released on 22nd September 2006 and takes a screen time of 109 minutes. and it received positive reviews from critics when it was released. Children of Men was made on a budget of $76 million and at the box office it grossed only $70 million. The screenplay for the movie was written by Alfonso Cuar n, Timothy J. Sexton, David Arata, Mark Fergus and Hawk Ostby. Cinematography was done by Emmanuel Lubezki and editing by lex Rodr guez and Alfonso Cuar n. The music was composed by John Tavener. At the 2006 Venice Film Festival It won an award for Outstanding Technical Contribution.
